GENERAL INFO

PRODUCTION PROCESS: All items from Rebel Tart are made-to-order. We are not stocking finished goods, instead we only start production on an item once we receive a confirmed order from you! As such, that means our items have limited quantities that can be produced in any given style. But we strive to ensure we have the supplies to meet demand as best we can. In the instance that we are unable to produce an item due to supplies no longer being available, we will contact you immediately and issue a store credit for the value paid to be used on any replacement item(s) in our assortment.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME: Because our items are made-to-order, please allow 5 business days for us to process and produce your order. You will receive a confirmation email that your order has shipped with tracking information. 

***Due to COVID, we may experience delays in materials arriving to our studio that could impact our production times. We are working diligently to ensure your items are shipped out within our standard processing times. If we experience any delays that may impact our production, we will notify you immediately.***

PAYMENT METHODS: We accept all major debit/credit cards and Paypal.

ORDER ISSUES: If there are any issues with your order (missing items, damaged/wrong items) please contact us immediately so we can assist you further. Be sure to include your order number and any information that would be helpful for us to resolve the matter. If an item damaged or wrong, please include photos.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Rebel Tart has a "no cancellation" policy. Items can be returned so long as they adhere to our return polices.

FIT & SIZE GUIDANCE: We suggest our Tarts grab a flexible tape measure and measure their bust, waist, and hips to compare to our size chart before ordering. If you have any additional questions please reach out to us. We're always happy to assist in offering additional guidance.

RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICIES

We want you to love your items just as much as we do! But, we understand it's not always a match made in heaven. Please read on for our returnm refund/exchange policies:

What is Rebel Tart's refund policy?
We do not offer cash, credit/debit, or PayPal refunds. We only offer store credit that never expires. 

What is Rebel Tart's exchange policy?
As our items are made-to-order, we can not offer exchanges. We do offer store credit that never expires. To initiate a return please contact us with your order number and follow the return instructions. Once an item is received and passes inspection, you will receive a store credit code that you are able to use toward the same item in a different size, if available. Otherwise, the store credit can be applied to a future purchase.

What is Rebel Tart's return policy?

If you aren't in totally in love with your purchase, please contact us to initiate your return. Include your order number, the item you will be sending back and the reason for return. We will assist you with further instructions to ship the return back to us.Return packages must be postmarked within 14 days following original delivery. Return packages postmarked after this time frame may be subject to denial and sent back to you.Customer is responsible for cost of shipping to return package back to Rebel Tart for store credit. Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, and with the hygienic liner and all tags intact.Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, similar product stains, wear, damage or odor may be subject to denial and sent back to you.If Rebel Tart receives the return damaged, items will be shipped back and subject to additional shipping costs.Final Sale items cannot be returned for store credit.

When will I receive my store credit?
Store credit will be issued after your return passes inspection, which may take up to 10 business days after your return is received by us. You will receive a confirmation email detailing your return and refund amounts.

Will my promo code be deducted from my store credit? 
Promotional value is subject to adjustment. For promotions with a minimum required spend, promotional savings will be deducted from the store credit amount issued if the return causes your order subtotal to drop below the required spend.

We ship worldwide because we want to take care of our Tarts everywhere! Rates are calculated by our website by using the size, weight and distance your order has to ship. We offer several shipping options based on shipping location:

ORDER DELIVERY
Due to post office policies, we can not be held responsible for any domestic or international orders getting lost in the shuffle. We will only ship international orders via USPS as other couriers have additional import fees.

You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail when your order has shipped. You can check the status of your shipment through the tracking link provided in the email. You can also contact us anytime using our contact page.
